With summer now in full swing, and as we approach the mid-point of 2014, we decided to put together an infographic featuring real estate and lifestyle statistics about the cities of Parker and Lone Tree, Colorado where our Heritage Hills and Pradera communities are located. Based on data published via Realtor.com (which is compiled from MLS and the National Association of Realtors data), this infographic shows that the average home value and recent home sales price in Parker, Colorado is slightly above the state average and well above the national average.

Parker residents are largely affluent, but not super wealthy, with average household incomes mostly falling between $75k and $200k. Most residents of Parker are married (over 80%), although the majority of married residents also have children, suggesting that there are more young families and less retirees.  The average individual in Parker is married with kids, is a college graduate owns a home, and works in positions such as sales jobs, administrative roles, executive leadership, and also the construction industry. With average summertime highs of 89 degrees, affluent residents, and a family and pet-friendly environment, this infographic shows that Parker (and Pradera) is a great place to call home.

An Introduction to Crowdfunding

In the last several years, the concept of “crowdfunding” has experienced explosive growth and has emerged as a new avenue for raising funding alongside venture capital, angel investors, and traditional bank loans. Through crowdfunding, inventors and entrepreneurs can appeal to large groups of small, independent investors to raise capital, as opposed to seeking funding through a small number of deep-pocketed benefactors.

GetAwayGrey vs. Hair Dye

Each year, millions of people spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars on chemical dyes that conceal gray hair. But, is it really worth it, and at what cost to your health? Would you rather color your hair with chemicals that are then absorbed into your body, or use an all-natural solution that costs significantly less than hair dye? Even if you spend less money and color your hair at home, the gray hair always comes back and you are still allowing all of those artificial and harsh chemicals to enter your body. And, if you have ever dyed your hair at home, you know just how easy it is to do it incorrectly and not only get bad results but severely damage your hair.

GetAwayGrey’s super-vitamin contains catalase and other natural ingredients that help replenish catalase in the body so that hair can produce pigment, naturally. It is important to take care of our bodies, especially as we age. GetAwayGrey contains all-natural ingredients which minimizes the potential for side effects. That is incredibly different than hair dye which is full of chemicals and has many potential side effects. The many harsh and toxic chemicals in all hair dye are being studied and have been shown to potentially be cancer-causing. Most people would say they would rather have gray hair than cancer. But, with GetAwayGrey you do not have to choose, you can use a safe, all-natural product while eliminating and preventing gray hair growth. No more worrying that your gray roots are starting to show, or being embarrassed that you look much older than you actually are. Chemical dyes are just a temporary solution but GetAwayGrey solves the problem at the root of your hair.

With GetAwayGrey, your natural hair color will return so that you can look like yourself. With hectic and busy lives, GetAwayGrey allows you to simply take a pill each day, rather than trying to schedule hours of time for hair coloring appointments every few weeks. GetAwayGrey simplifies your hair color routine because it is as easy as taking a pill and allowing your own hair color to shine through. Start taking the best care of your body possible by avoiding expensive, chemical-filled hair dye and use an all-natural solution to reverse and prevent gray hair!

Ditch the Household Chores and You Could Go to the Moon!

Ever wondered how long you spend on household chores? It might be a lot longer than you thought. The average person spends nearly seventy thousand hours of their life on it, but what could they be doing instead? How about travelling to the moon 893 times? If the moon seems a little far, you could always climb Mount Everest 8283 times or single handedly sail around the world 23 times. If you think of the time in more common activities you could watch 45,120 football matches, run 28,377 marathons and even watch the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy 7293 times!
