This infographic from the United Kingdom based travel company called Alpine Elements supplies information about ways you can stay healthy and loose weight whilst on holiday.

The top part of the infographic lists a number of fun activities with the number of calories you can burn and health benefits including walking/hiking, mountain biking, canoeing/kayaking, rock climbing, swimming, tennis and road cycling.   

The bottom section of the infographic offers six interesting facts about exercise such as exercise improves your mood for up to 12 hours afterwards and 9% of premature deaths globally are because of physical inactivity.
